Headache – Symptoms, Treatment and Causes.

A headache is one of the common diseases, which may be symptoms of any other diseases. Age and gender are not a factor.  Some of the common reasons for a headache is stress, eye problems, dehydration, Insufficient food, cold, head injury  etc.  Depression is one of the common symptoms that lead to a headache and that may lead to any other related problems.





Some of the symptoms of Headache;

1) Head aching and  pain
2) A pressure in your side heads and forehead.
3) Nausea and vomiting
4) Tiredness
5) Neck Pain
6) Coughing
7) Cold

Some of the Causes of a headache.

1) Anxiety
2) directly hitting glare from bright sun or powerful light
3) Very Loud noise
4) Sleeplessness
5) Some medicines
6) Too many physical activities
7) Sitting or standing posture
8) Hormonal imbalance and insufficient food intake

It's always better to consult a doctor to diagnose the problems. Here are the some of the home care remedies to avoid headaches

1) Try to get some sleep in dark and quiet room
2) Place cold bag in forehead
3) Don’t try to get relief from a headache with the help of cigarettes or alcohol and any other illegal drug.
4) Head massaging
5) Using Pain Balm For Headache

Remember that headache can be a small symptom of any other diseases. So please make sure that you have consulted a doctor for diagnosing the problem to avoid more complications in the future. Many of them never treat this disease and the original diseases will be hidden until the symptoms get worse.
