Neck Pain Cause and Prevention

Our shoulder is a ball & socket joint with wide & versatile change of movements. When something goes wrong with shoulder, it will affect the free movement and cause pain & discomfort to the body. Shoulder has 3 main bones. The humerus (long arm bone), the clavicle (collarbone), and the scapula. These bones are shield by a layer of cartilage. The shoulder joints are most mobile joint in our body. It can move forward, backward and arms to move circular.  What Causes Shoulder Pain? There are many reasons that cause pain on shoulder. The most common cause of shoulder pain is rotator cuff tendinitis; it’s a condition where the tendons are inflamed. In other cases shoulder pain may be the result of injury on another part of your body normally the neck and it is called referred pain.
