Sprain and Home Remedies

Sprain is usually caused by the forced movement of joints to angles where it is not suppose to move. This will damage the ligaments and causes pain.


Treatment:

  1. The sprain is quite painful and rest is a must. Crutches should be used while walking in order to stay away from pain and giving stress.
  2. Applying ice pack on the area which is effected helps in reducing the pain. 10 to 20 minutes twice daily will help as it is scientifically proved.
  3. Pian Balm can be used to get temporary relief from pain. Pain Balm In India like Kajah Balm is very useful in this kind of situations.
  4. Compression socks can be used to compress the effected region which  helps in reducing  the swelling on that region.
