There are many reasons for tension headache and there is no exact reason has been found out. Tension headaches are very common in people and some of the reasons that can cause tension headache are given below.


  1. Improper food intake or skipping a meal can cause tension headache
  2. Sleeplessness is an another problem that causes headaches
